The holiday home 'Maison d'Azur', situated in the enchanting Port Grimaud, leaves nothing to be desired. It was completely renovated in 2017/2018 and completed in April 2018. Our guests can expect an ultra-modern renovated holiday home with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedroom 'Océan' is equipped with a double bed (160 cm). Bedroom 'Soleil' has a pull-out bed (90 x 190 cm or 180 x 190 cm) and a cosy mezzanine, which offers another two beds (2 mattresses each 90 x 200 cm). On the ground floor there is an open and generously equipped kitchen, a sociable dining area and a cosy living area with a sofa bed. A guest WC is also available.
The garden is small but nice and borders on one of the canals so typical for Port Grimaud. For children the garden is secured by a fence towards the canal. A garden shower is available. The terrace is spacious and is certainly the main place of residence for guests during the summer. A mooring place (max. 10 m) is also available on request. Please ask for this explicitly.
Safety is also taken care of. A security service provides a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and ensures that only authorised persons are present in the holiday complex.
The lagoon city of Port Grimaud impresses with its unique architecture. Each house is located directly on the waterfront. The area is versatile: Explore places like Saint-Tropez, Saint-Maxime, Gassin, Ramatuelle in the immediate vicinity or make excursions to Cannes, Nice or Monaco. There are numerous wineries and wonderful beaches invite you to sunbathe or do water sports.

Our guests have two bicycles at their disposal to explore the nearest surroundings (helmets are not available!).
In addition, our guests can also explore Port Grimaud from the water by taking a ride in the Coche d'Eau (a kind of water bus). There are two free tickets for this, valid from June to September.
For families with small children there is the following equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair and various sand toys. Please let us know if you need this equipment when booking. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately on request. If you are interested in renting a larger boat, we can arrange a contact for you.
Beach
The Maison d'Azur is only 160 m away from the next sandy beach. The beach bar 'Grimaud Beach' will be happy to provide you with a delicious lunch/dinner, drinks and ice cream. Alternatively, you can take the Coche d'Eau from there to cross over to the larger beach of Port Grimaud. Otherwise, excursions to other stands such as in the direction of Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez or Pampelonne are also worthwhile.
Cafés / Restaurants / Bars / Ice cream parlours
There are some possibilities to have dinner directly in Port Grimaud as for example at Place François Spoerry, Place du Marché or the Avenue de la Mer. These restaurants are within 10-20 minutes walking distance. But also a side trip to the surrounding area with its enchanting places Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud or La Garde-Freinet is worthwhile.
Baker
There is a bakery on Place François Spoerry and others along the Route du Littoral - easy to reach by bike. Supermarkets There are small grocery stores both at the Place François Spoerry and at the Place du Marché. Those who want to make a bigger purchase can do this in the Lidl in Cogolin or Géant Casino La Foux.

A bus stop is about 1 km away. However, it is recommended to have a car on site.
The nearest airport is in Nice (approx. 100 km).

In Port Grimaud itself you can easily reach everything on foot. Otherwise 2 bicycles are available for our guests (helmets are not available!).
Alternatively in Port Grimaud you can use the Coche d'Eau - a kind of ferry/waterbus. It goes to several stations in Port Grimaud and the nearest landing stage is only 200 m away from the house.
